Visits to the local wine cellars afford you the opportunity not only to taste the excellent world-famous wines of the valley (Valpolicella, Valpolicella Superiore and Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto, all carrying the DOC – Controlled Denomination of Origin – label) in the very place where the wine is made, but also to discover at each cellar its unique and special history that speak of the traditions of generations of family-producers.

Visitors can sip the valley’s wines in the shadow of ancient aristocratic villas and renovated typical country homes, as well as in small family companies to experience the charm of these special places where wine is a combination of talent and dedication, and where the work of many country-living generations has produced wines that are unique, which not only represent a value but also the very land itself.
