Our farm, which includes 4 hectares of vineyards, is located on a hill in the heart of the Classic Valpolicella north of Verona. The family management, the passion and the love for the land, handed down from father to son for many generations, the knowledge of the territory and the choice of the varieties of native grapes grown, such as Corvina, Corvinon, Rondinella are the basis of our wines.
We are a small company, which produces high quality niche wines, respecting nature while minimizing the use of plant protection products. If necessary, we adopt the system of thinning out excess grapes to keep the quality of the grapes high (a technique used by very few Valpolicella companies). The grape harvest is done exclusively by hand. The grapes for the production of Amarone and Recioto are harvested in special wooden boxes for the grapes, placed in our fruit cellar and left to dry for a few months. Our principles are maximum transparency and respect for traditions. As a farm we were born in the sixteenth century, while as a winery we were born in 1930.
