Located in the historic center of Negrar di Valpolicella,
a stone's throw from the "Sacro Cuore Don Calabria" hospital
Opened in 2005, it produces over thirty formats of fresh bread
of the highest quality with selected, refined and sourced flours
from grains grown in Italy, as well as wholemeal specialties with organic flours,
spelled and cereals, naturally leavened.


It offers a wide variety of pizza slices, savory pies and stuffed sandwiches.
Exclusive baked desserts with absolutely natural ingredients
sweets of the Negrarese tradition.
And the gastronomic specialties produced entirely with fresh raw materials
and coming from our territory.
