The company Tenute Fasoli Lorena, was founded in 2015, even though its history has originated from family traditions of over a hundred years. It is located on land in the Classic area of Valpolicella and on Mount Baldo.

The oldest vineyards, over 40 years old, are located in San Pietro In cariano where there is also a century-old vineyard and where the grapes are born to produce our Valpolicella, the Ripasso and the Amarone and IGT Rosso; while the vineyard of Müller Thurgau and Incrocio Manzoni is located at 980 m s lm in Ferrara di Monte Baldo nasce our white.

Our cellar, wine shop and tasting room are located in Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella. It is equipped with cement tanks for the reds and steel tanks for the whites. The production of grapes is fully certified organic. Our grapes are harvested only and exclusively by hand, making more harvests in order to guarantee a standard of maturation as homogeneous as possible, according to the wines produced.When you arrive in the cellar, small quantities are crushed, mainly during the night to obtain the lowest possible crushing temperature, in order to guarantee the best result.

All the phases of the country and cellar work are carried out within our family; for this reason our company is associated with FIVI. ( Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti) All this in search of quality and genuineness of the product and tradition.

My vision can be summed up as follows: My wine is distinguished by the flavours of the land, the grapes, and the area. It tells the life of the company in an intoxicating journey of history, flavours and scents. Like in a beautiful dream, close your eyes and relive the intoxicating moments of the birth of wine. . .
