Located in the heart of Negrar di Valpolicella, Perla Pasticceria was born from the tenacity and passion of two sisters, Monica and Lella, who in 2017 began their journey in the world of pastry after a few years of experience in the food & wine business.

Relying on the skills of Pastry Chef Marco Facchini, they found the basis of their proposal on the desire to enhance the raw materials of the territory and create a unique dining corner in Valpolicella.
