We are in Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella, one of the 5 municipalities that together with Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano, Marano and Negrar identify the original and oldest production area of the Valpolicella appellation and which authorizes the use of the "classic" specification.
The place is enchanted, at the top of a hill 300 m above sea level. Hence the name "Eleva".
Eighteen terraces supported by the traditional dry-stone walls of Valpolicella called "marogne", surrounded by the woods and sloping down towards the plain: here are the vineyards of Eleva, in Conca d’Oro, in Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella.
Six hectares in a single body planted with vineyards and partly with olive groves, set in a natural cradle overlooking the valley forged by the Adige.
Raffaella Veroli and Davide Gaeta cultivate organic vines, respecting the environment and the people who live in the area or who come to visit it and in the continuous search for the enhancement of the natural vocation of the place.
The wines of the Eleva Agricultural Company are born from this philosophy.
