The Vigna '800 winery has been certified biological since the 2016 harvest. Respect for nature, its vital rhythms in harmony with the vineyard, are the basis of their work.
In addition to the production of wines, Vigna '800 also offers its Olio della Locanda, Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
From an idea of Gianfranco Elampini, he opened the locanda in 2007. Together with chef Diego he reinterprets, in a modern way, the traditional Veronese cuisine and fish dishes.
