Ilaria Accordini is the founder and owner of two wineries:

Villa San Pietro Winery in Valpolicella Classica and Onepiò Winery in Lugana.

Born and raised in Valpolicella, Ilaria has always believed in the existence of an indissoluble link between territory, tradition and innovation: a philosophy of thought that is reflected in the production of traditional wines, such as Amarone, Ripasso and Lugana.

Her growing passion and curiosity have taken her beyond national borders to explore the world of wine overseas.

From this was born Evoluzione, a label dedicated to international Malbec and Chardonnay wines.

Ilaria wanted to invest in 2 hectares of land, respectively in Mendoza in Argentina and in Lodi in California, giving an international twist to the Veneto wine scene.

Villa San Pietro Winery has its roots in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica, obtained from a historic Villa of the 1800s, it follows the curved morphology of the hill opening up like an embrace towards those who observe it.

The new Cellar is designed to fit naturally into the territory, conceived and covered with local materials such as Lessinia stone, marble, corten and oak.

In Cantina Ilaria and the Enologist have combined the tradition and customs of the "Old World" winemaking, such as harvesting by hand and aging in French oak barrels, with the new technologies of today's world, perfectly fitting in the current situation, producing top products of range.
