Cantina di Soave

Founded, Cantina di Soave celebrates this year the 120th anniversary: a long history that has its roots in the earth and in the past.

Since its foundation in 1898, the winery has embarked on a path of growth that has allowed it to become one of the main and most qualified realities of the Italian and international wine scene, not only at a cooperative but also a general level.

Year after year, he has created a carefully selected mosaic of production sites and vineyards that today embrace five valleys in eastern Verona. Cantina di Soave is today an expression of the main denominations of the territory, starting from the great Soave white wine, passing from the Lessini Durello sparkling wine, up to the oenological jewels of Valpolicella and the Garda area.

Thanks to a state-of-the-art grape selection system, it is able to differentiate to best satisfy an increasingly demanding and complex market, offering a range that ranges from everyday wines, to great wines for restaurants, wine bars and to wine bars around the world. The company exports about half of its production today, and is present in more than 50 countries.

Among its hills, Cantina di Soave selects a limited number of vineyards for the production of the prestigious wines of the Verona tradition signed Rocca Sveva. The Rocca Sveva winery, which is located within a charming medieval village, was excavated right inside the hill on which the Soave castle stands. Rocca Sveva, with its experimental vineyard and its great wines, is today a real center of wine excellence which hosts an average of 50 thousand visitors from all over the world every year.
