These are three itineraries created ad hoc by local wineries that will allow you to discover the natural beauty and history of the area and the products that have always characterised the Valpolicella, with the possibility of tasting them in the company of the owners and whoever you decide to bring with you.
ROUTE THROUGH THE VINEYARDS. RELAX, HEALTH AND FREEDOM - Azienda Agricola Gianluca Fugolo
The Gianluca Fugolo farm offers the opportunity to take you on a route through its own vineyards, to clear your mind and unplug from the hectic routine of everyday life.
Below is a description of the programme:
- Meeting at 4 pm on Saturday afternoon, Sunday at a time to be agreed upon
- Guided walk through the estate's vineyard and peach orchard (approx. 45 min)
- Tasting of the farm's wines with local cured meats and cheeses
- Tasting of extra virgin olive oil produced on the farm

The Albino Armani winery offers a tour to discover the places and production techniques of Valpolicella's excellent products.
The tour includes:
- Introduction to Valpolicella
- Walk with explanation of farming systems
- Visit to the production areas
- Visit to the historic barrique cellar

AUDIO TOUR IN THE VINEYARD - Agriturismo Acinatico - Accordini Stefano
The Accordini family organises an audio tour in some of its vineyards where the history, traditions and elements that allow local wine production are told.
Various aspects are described, including the different soil compositions, which determine the organoleptic characteristics of the wines, and the Pergola training system typical of Valpolicella.
An interesting experience that allows you to listen and observe your surroundings in total freedom, following the route via audio guide.
The different techniques such as the withering to obtain Recioto and Amarone or the Ripasso technique to obtain the wine of the same name are also narrated in the original audio tour offered.
