The "Valpolicella Wine Route" is an association of economic operators that aims to promote and enhance the territory linked to the production of Valpolicella wine. Today the Valpolicella Wine Route represents a completely new initiative in which the different categories of operators work together for the enhancement of the whole territory, through the numerous typical products. It is not, therefore, a single road route between the wineries, but an instrument of exaltation of all economic, social and cultural realities. Our association aims to spread the knowledge of the Road and its members through promotional initiatives of various kinds, the creation of information points and dissemination material.
It includes local administrators, businesses, cultural organizations, wineries, restaurants and hotels. The municipalities of competence of the Valpolicella Wine Route are 19: Cazzano di Tramigna, Cerro, Colognola ai Colli, Dolcè, Fumane, Grezzana, Illasi, Lavagno, Marano di Valpolicella, Mezzane, Montecchia di Crosara, Negrar, Pescantina, San Martino Buon Albergo, San Mauro di Saline, San Pietro in Cariano, Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, Tregnago and Verona.

Valpolicella, in the heart of the province of Verona, is one of the most beautiful and particular hilly and pre-Alpine areas of Veneto. Here landscape, art, culture and wine find a common representation. The itineraries that we present want to be, for the attentive and interested cyclist, an opportunity for recreation in an area where the natural element (green hills, woods), the anthropic (villages, courts, medieval churches) and the agricultural (vineyards and centuries-old olive groves) mix in an exciting and easily accessible set with cycle paths for everyone, including families. The cycling proposals involve all the municipalities of Valpolicella and reach the Adige Valley.
