Our kitchen offers farm produce alongside a selection from some of the best farms in the Veneto region. It serves traditional dishes, which can be enjoyed in the large outdoor courtyard, before or after exploring the paths surrounding our vineyards.
The La Collina dei Ciliegi Restaurant,
skilfully run by chefs Giuseppe Lamanna and Lina Maffia, is spread across the estate's ancient rooms, the bright veranda, the outdoor seating area and the panoramic terrace, embracing Valpantena, a source of inspiration and excellent raw materials.
The cuisine, rooted in local tradition and nourished by an authentic and direct relationship with local producers and farmers, is open to Mediterranean influences, evoking the chefs' origins and celebrating the genuine Italian character of the menu.
The experience is completed by the estate's large vegetable garden, which provides most of the vegetables used seasonally, guaranteeing freshness, authenticity and a deep connection with the land.
